Vivado Download Centre Name and Address Verification Failed

Hi,

I am a student trying to get Vivado downloaded. I filled all the required fields but it is telling me that "We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification." I browsed several threads and tried to edit the information in my profile directly, but failed. I would appreciate some help.

Have you checked this Answer Record in relation to the Failed export compliance issue?

please send an email to Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.comindicating your "export compliance" issue and they in turn will contact Xilinx Global Trade Compliance team on your behalf, who would be able to screen and verify your profile and if all is good, re-activate this then, so that you can then login and download the required software without issues.

I've checked with the team and your profile got re-enabled. 

Have you tried downloading once again and can you now proceed with the download process?

Thanks, they've managed to help me downloading the file
