Hello,
I have installed vivado 2016.3. After bit generating, it can not connect the USB cable which said
'there is no current hw_target'.
I reinstalled the vivado 2016.3, installed the vivado 2016.2. But it is still not working.
I am sure I activated the checkbox of 'install cable drivers' and disconnected all the USB cables when installtion.
My OS is win7 64bits.
Could anybody give me some advices, thanks a lot.

Hi @adrian7
Did you tried using another cable?
How about connecting with 2016.2?

Hi @adrian7
Can you please check which version of Jungo drivers that your machine has?
Can you please try installing the Jungo drivers (10.2.1.0) from ISE database and see if that helps.
Please reinstall & install the drivers by following the below procedure:
Right click on My computer and select Manage
In Computer Management window, select Device Manager in left pane
Expand Jungo and right click on WinDriver
Select Uninstall
Restart the machine and make sure no USB cables are connected.
Open Command Prompt (with administrator rights) and navigate to C:\Xilinx\14.7\ISE_DS\ISE\bin\nt64
Run the command: wdreg -compat -inf windrvr6.inf install
Now try connecting the cable.
