Vivado internal error when using block design

Jump to solution

I am on  a Ubuntu 14.04.3 64 bits laptop, when I try to use block design either with tcl script or with a new project > create block design, I have the following error :

[Vivado 12-106] *** Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "0,01"

If any one can help to solve the problem that would be appreciate.

Hi @ashishd,

Thanks for the quick answer. Do you know in which file should I do the trick? it's not exactly specified in the AR#51331

Hi @clmnt_lbrr

You can change the system language to English.

or try the workaround mentioned in the last post of the below thread

Thanks,

Thanks both of you for your good advice!

For future people in the same case, I added the lines in the AR#51331 directly at the end of the file seupEnv.sh located in <INSTALL_LOCATION>/Vivado/2014.1/bin/
