Vivado not downloading

Hello,

I am not being able to download Vivado. I am entering all of my correct information but a message pops up stating that there is an error and I have some wrong info entered. If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi @ChrisHaddad 

In relation to this error, unfortunately, due to strict internal export control policy, it is no longer possible to maintain an online account in some E or D category countries.

 

Please go through the below link and check if your country is on the E and/or D list, as this could be one of the reasons you are seeing this error.

Are you getting an error somewhat similar to the below snapshot?

From which country are you trying to register/download?

Have you checked this Answer Record in relation to the Failed export compliance issue?

please send an email to Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.comindicating your "export compliance" issue and they in turn will contact Xilinx Global Trade Compliance team on your behalf, who would be able to screen and verify your profile and if all is good, re-activate this then, so that you can then login and download the required software without issues.

Hello Sir,
Yes, this is the exact error I am receiving. I am residing in Lebanon. Does my country affect my ability to download the IDE?
