I have tried to install Xilinx ISE 11.1 web pack about four times. When I try to execute Xilinx PlandAhead the system can not find the file onedll.dll. I searched for that file and I found it in C:\Xilinx\11.1\PlanAhead\lib\win32. I am running ISE software in Windows 7. Does anybody have any idea on how to solve this problem?
