Xilinx Software download

Hi

I have tried to download Xilinx software but i have found the following errors

Please correct the errors and send your information again.

We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification.

"

You need to use a two letter code for  the State or Province field.  Try NA (not applicable) for this.  If you use more than two letters or leave it blank, you won't get anywhere.  Giving yourself an impressive title, aren't you mate?

Now i have wrote "Clayton VIC" still facing the same issue

You can only put two letters  in the State field.  If that doen't work, search the forums for similar posts.  There are links that you can use to contact Xilinx in some threads.

Looks like your Xilinx.com profile is currently blocked and is being screened by our export compliance team and is placed on hold and that is the reason why you are currently unable to generate a license or download Vivado. 

Therefore, please contact Xilinx Customer Support (websupport@xilinx.com) (see AR https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/44043.html for more details) and they will work with Global Trade Compliance team (GTC) to get this checked and unblocked for you then.
