cannot uninstall vivado 2019.2

Hello all, I am running to cosim problems and decided to uninstall the existing 2019.2 version and make a clean install of a newer version. Following one of the suggestions from the community forum, I tried to uninstall from the xilinx information center as shown below

 after a shortwhile, a window is popping up and immediately closing

 I tried uninstalling using control panel as well, it is having the same issue. Tried restaring the Laptop and still the same. has anyone faced similar issues? can someone please help me with this.

Please refer to the following User guide for uninstalling Vivado 2019.2:

Uninstalling the Vivado Design Suite: https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2019_2/ug973-vivado-release-notes-install-license.pdf#page=45

You can manually delete the Xilinx folder in the C drive. Also, remove any related files from the App data. 

C:\Users\athandr\AppData\Roaming\Xilinx

C:\Users\athandr\AppData\Local\Xilinx

Hello @anoopkrishna ,

The command to uninstall Vivado is:

<Vivado installation directory>Xilinx/.xinstall/Vivado_2019.2/xuninstall -Uninstall

If there are any folders/files left unremoved by running the command above, please manually remove these.

Unfortunately, I am not an expert in this area (Vivado HLS), so can't really help on this issue in the link you've shared. Vivado HLS guys are really the ones who'd be able to support you on this.
