vivado timeout

i have currently installed vivado 2017.3 and during installation it asks us to give matlab access to it and i donot  have matlab.so it shows message of installtion successful with some error and then when i try to open vivado is shows Error when launching 'C:\Xilinx\Vivado\2017.3\.\bin\vivado.bat': Launcher time out

Which OS are you using?

Can you open command prompt and then run vivado.bat located in C:/Xilinx/Vivado/2017.3/bin/vivado.bat and share the output.
