hello

now we need to reduce the power dissipation.I want to use ddr3l(vdd = 1.35v) to replace ddr3(vdd = 1.5v).I want to know whether the mig supports this feature.Thanks.

Hi,

MIG supports DDR3L for 7 series, but I think no for Spartan6.

Below is the list from UG388 that Spartan-6 MIG was tested S6_parts.png

Hope this clarifies.

Regards,

Vanitha.
