HBM Status are Not Enabled

Hello,

I used the VCU128 board with 8GB HBM. It shows that the HBM1 stack is "Not Enabled " but the HBM2 stack is "COMPLETE ". I  connect APB0 and APB1 with the same clock and reset pin , the clock is 100MHz. 

I dont know why HBM1 is failed.

VCU128 has 8GB of integrated HBM. 4GB left stack and 4GB right stack but altogether 8GB of memory.

You have added two HBMs but I believe there is only one HBM on VCU128. 8GB of integrated HBM - 4GB left stack and 4GB right stack.

so should add only one HBM and you can configure to 4GB left/4GB right or 8GB.
