MIG DDR4 Components in dual-rank configuration

Hello,

I would like to post a following question, is it possible to implement a DDR4 controller in MIG for an UltraScale+ device in Components configuration where the components are configured in dual-rank? The idea is to use the total number of 18 DDR4 Components where they could be implemented in 9 devices per rank.

The document PG150 says that for DDR4 SDRAM the maximum component limit is 9, however I couldn't find the information whether a dual-rank for Components is supported. If the dual-rank for Components is supported, that could possibly expand the DDR4 devices limit to 18?

Hi @marcin.pol 

Maximum component limit is 9, 18 is doesn't support and you can use clamshell topology.

Maximum component limit is 9, 18 is doesn't support and you can use clamshell topology.
