Hi

I need to use 2GB DDR3 that is four 512MB component for PL part of zynq 7000, is it possible?

Im confuse about controller of MIG, when we use mult-icontroller for DDR3?

what is diffrence between using one MIG multi-controller and for example four MIG that each one has one controller?

please guide me

One controller has the independent write/read interface. If you create one controller for 4 components, the address/control signals are shared and data width is expanded.
