QDRII simulation model

Hi Guys ,

I have a IDT71P74804 IDT 18Mb  (1Mx18) 4 burst chip and I want a VHDL simulation model. Checked the IDT website and can't seem to find model.

Would anyone know where I could find one ? also I'm reluctant to use a third party model like free model foundry ,, haven't had any luck with it soo far and can't 

find any model that specifies exactly the same model as my. I know there customisable, using qdr timing ,, if done properly it should be good enough to use ?

I'm also tried to get VHDL models without success.

Give Xilinx's ISIM a try. It supports mixed language simulations. I've done this with Samsung QDR2 RAM verilog model, getting satisfying results.

For anyone that would like to know ,, I recieved an email from IDT saying that they don't support models in VHDL and only available in Verilog.

Because I only have a simulator that supports VHDL ,, anyone have any alternatives ?
