the actual Vivado 2016.4 MIG (for Virtex-7) currently supports only the MT44KxxMxx-125/-125E devices, which are not in production anymore. Micron only offers -107E and -093E devices.
Can we use the -107E and -093E devices with the -125E MIG settings or is there an update of the MIG generator planned?

You can use "create custom part" option where you can specify the timing numbers in MIG IP to target the desired part.

thanks for your response. As far as I know, this option is not available for RLDRAM3 devices. Such an option would be very helpful...
