Re: Zynq PL support LPDDR2 IP core?

Jump to solution

I'm interested in using the MIG for a LPDDR2 interface from the PL as well. I'm running 15.2 and it doesn't seem to be implemented.

Is it still on the roadmap for any future releases?

Thanks.

@trjeppsdl

Please select Verilog as the project language and recheck in Vivado 2015.4, I can see that LPDDR2 is an option in Memory Selection page.

Hope this helps

Excellent, thank you!

I do have one more question about this controller. Does it support the self-refresh mode of the device for data retention?

I found this regarding DDR3 self refresh, but nothing specifically for LPDDR2.

Self refresh is not supported for any memory type in MIG 7 series.
