What is the limit of AXI clock frequency of HBM on VCU128 ?

Jump to solution

1. When I do HBM IP generation, I find the range of AXI clock is 225-450Mhz.

2.Because AXI clock in my design can not achieve 225Mhz, how can I do ? (If AXI clock is 112.5Mhz ?)

Hi @hankchen

Maximum is 450MHz, however for lower speed validate over vivado tool i.e., add HBM to IPI and connect the clock and validate it.

1. In my SOC, we have my own AXI bus matrix (bit width : 256) and several IP connected with the AXI bus matrix.

2. After synthesis and routing based on Vivado, the timing report is about 10ns.

3. Now, I want to integrate 4-channel HBM into the AXI bus matrix. But the lowest clock for HBM is 225Mhz.

How can I add IPI for the 4-channel HBM ?

Thanks
