I'm running Vivado 2020.2 and I wanted to create a design that would allow for HBM, namely the Xilinx Virtex UltraScale XCVU35P-2FSVH2104E but even though I've installed Virtex with HBM in Vivado, I don't see this particular xcvu35p part as an option. Where can I find a setting for this part?

Yes, I meant high bandwidth memory and yes, I'm using a licensed version of Vivado.
I've just spoken with another design engineer and I believe I do have the correct target device selected in Vivado: xcvu35p-fsvh2104-2-e (active). This is the same as XCVU35P-2FSVH2104E, right?

Ok great! So what is the issue here? Are you saying you are not sure how to configure or set up the HBM it self? If so you need to use the HBM IP and add it to your RTL design or Block design.

Hi, I have no more issues with selecting the part.
Instead I have a new problem creating an example IP design for the HBM module that I've created an instance for. I generated an HBM instance and then I selected Open IP Example Design but there is a missing component called ONE_STACK that isn't being generated. Could you tell me how to get around this problem?
