Does anybody know which board supports LPDDR4 chip?

Jump to solution

Hi,

I'm looking for some of Xilinx's board that supports LPDD4 SDRAM? They may have Zynq® UltraScale+ FPGA chip inside. And they may have onboard LPDDR4 chips or LPDDR4 socket to plug LPDDR4 DIMM or another type of interface to connect to other board that supports LPDDR4 device.

Also, I do need the FPGA chip on the board compatible with Xilinx LPDDR4 MIG IP.

Thanks!

Hung

Hello @hungd ,

There aren't any Xilinx eval kits or boards with ZU+ and LPDDR4.

The closest option is the Ultra96 from Avnet but it's a small board with a small LPDDR4 device:

You can take a look at the Boards and Kits section of the Xilinx site to see if there are any other options but it doesn't seem like there's the type of product you're looking for:

Keep in mind only the Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC supports LPDDR4 components.

Thanks,
Ryan.

Hi @dpaul24 ,

Thank your help. I searched and found one board AVNET AES-ULTRA96-G which have LPDDR4 chip. But I need one board with more resource and powerful Xilinx FPGA chip e.g Zynq® UltraScale+ ZU6EG or maybe Kintex UltraScale+ chip.

What development kit from Xilinx or third-party provider can I look at?
