Ethernet IC chip on Zynq board

Hi,

As I see in most Zynq board for each Ethernet port there is an Ethernet IC like 88E1116R, 88E1510/88E1518/88E1512/88E1514 and...

In ZYNQ ZC706 there is one Ethernet IC chip (88E1116R). But In ZC706 beside one Ethernet port, there is another SFP port related to work with Ethernet. But how it possible? why ZC706 shouldn't have two Ethernet IC chip on the board?

oh boy, they are called PHY chips. Ethernet PHY chips. What you see soldered on the boards are PHY chips which implement the physical layer. The Ethernet MAC core (regardless of the speed) which implements the Data Link layer is implemented on the FPGA PS or PL section.

Different boards have different peripherals to work with.

But In ZC706 beside one Ethernet port, there is another SFP port related to work with Ethernet. But how it possible?

Why not?

Inside your board documentation see the Board XDC File Listing section. There you will see how the FPGA pins are connected to the various on-board chips.
