AMP: Petalinux with a softcore Mircoblaze

Jump to solution

Hello,

in my research I have find many different designs for a SoC, for example:

https://xilinx-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/A/pages/18842435/Real-Time+Linux

My question is:

It is possible to use the both hard-core Arm A9 cpus of the zynq for Petalinux and one soft-core Microblaze cpu for a baremetal/freertos task with the approch of openAMP?

Best Regards

It is possible with an IPC mechanism using only shared memory. We do not have any reference examples for this though
