About resistors which are pulled up to VTT

Hi,

I have know that single ended 40Ω traces and termination are required for operartion at 1333Mbps and higher,50Ω is acceptable below 1333Mbps。But in UG586, it mentions that  "Address and control signals are to be terminated with the onboard DIMM termination. If DIMM termination does not exist or a component is being used, a 40Ω pull-up to VTT at the far end of the line should be used。"My question is 

①Is  40Ω  corresponding with data rate at 1333Mbps and higher?

②If ① is right, is 50 Ω  corresponding with data rate below 1333Mbps?

UG586 Figure 1-88 and 89 are for 1,333 Mb/s and higher.

 

①Is  40Ω  corresponding with data rate at 1333Mbps and higher?

 

--Yes

 

②If ① is right, is 50 Ω  corresponding with data rate below 1333Mbps?

 

-Yes
