Hi,
We are currently at the design phase for a specific project and planning to use XC7A200T - FBG484 from Xilinx for mass production. But we are confused about the topic below.
In the table below required PCB capacitor quantities for VCC pins are given. (Table from “7 series FPGAs PCB design guide”)
There is a note (3) for "47uF or 100uF" column of "VCCO all other banks" section. The note is given below.
So, what should we understand from this note?
1. We can place only one 47uF capacitor up to 4 different banks' all VCCO pins.
or
2. We should place one 47uF up to 4 VCCO pins of a specific bank. So for example, if a bank has 6 VCCO pins we should place two 47uF capacitors for that specific bank.
Or does that note mean something other than this two options.

Yes, if all the Banks have the same VCCO voltage, you can share one 47uF or 100uF cap with up to 4 Banks.
