Further,
The FGG prefix denotes the lead vs non lead material, so any F**484 package is identical (leaded vs, non-leaded does not affect the IBIS result).

shashank.d@siennaecad.com The downloaded folder will have the FGG484.pkg file. Include the contents of the .pkg file into the IBIS file and you will have the package details of the part.

Yes. IBIS is a standard. The format must follow the standard.

shashank.d@siennaecad.com You need to add the .pkg details to the end of the IBIS model. Check the attached IBIS file for reference. Check from Line 5777
Make sure the correct Package is selected in the [Package] section of generic Model you downloaded. Line 33 - 39 in the attached model.
If you have the design, you can generate the design specific IBIS model using write_ibis Tcl command in Vivado. This will be much easier.
