Non-BGA FPGA Series 7 and 6

What are the Non-BGA package options available in 6 and 7 series FPGAs for small design? In my opinion, BGA package components increase PCB stuffing complexity so I want to avoid BGA component in my design.

Re: Non-BGA FPGA Series 7 and 6

The two smallest Spartan 6 models are available in a TQ144 package. All 7-series chips are BGA.

A better option might be the little modules - the Cmod-A7 and Trenz TE0714 are good examples. that way you get a BGA chip and the necessary supporting hardware (eg. flash, oscillator, power supplies) all handled, and your main PCB can be a much less complex one.
