I figured as much for the schematic.  That is why I include an or clause asking for the statement of volatility.  Hopefully, they do not require a NDA for that..  assuming one exists.  I can live without having a schematic as long as I know what memory is on it.

As its end of life , I doubt much will be around,

   And knowing how secrative companies are, 

      its probably going to be an NDA,

You might be better getting a broken one of ebay or what ever and cracking it open, just ensure its a proper one not a Chinese "special"

Yeah.  I getting word back from my FAE that they require a NDA even to tell me what RAMs/ROMs that are used on it.   lol.
