Virtex-7, 330t - How to find the silicon version

Both impact and Vivado LabTools allows to read the ID code of the device.

 

How to decode this to know the silicon version of the device on board?

The V7330T is not there in 7-Series Errata.

 

Here is the iMPACT capture - can you tell me what silicon version I have.

Production IDCODE Revision --- 0 or later

 

This means I have production Silicon.
