Dear Sir/Madam

 I want to know if military-parts must to be leaded?

We have purchased a Xilinx parts"XC17256DDD8M",and got them to test,the parts PASSED ALL FIT , FORM FUNCTION perfectly,but found that they're ROHS,and it's military-part,so we don't know if they're correct one or not.Do they must to be leaded?

Any body can help?

Yes military parts are not RoHS free, assuming you ordered the correct part then they should not be lead free. You can also check the declaration of conformity that describes the composition of the package / device.

If you have any issues with the parts you have you will need to go back to your authorized distributor.
