high speed ADC and DAC with Virtex 7 FPGA (VC707)

Dear All

 

I have to start work from already developed source code . previously high speed ADC ( ADS4249 ) and DAC34H84 has been successfully interfaced with VC707 . it works good upto 5 MHz signal . Now i want to take this code further and want to capture signal upto 40 MHz . As ADC is capable to achieve that having 250 MSPS .

 

looking forward for your suggestions that from where i should start . or which portions of  IP Cores datasheets i should targets,

Hey @faheem123,

 

looking forward for your suggestions that from where i should start ...

I would start with increasing the clock frequency by a factor of eight.

But i already running clock on the maximum clock rate . As ADS4249 has 250MSPS . my clock rate is 250 Mhz for capturing 5mhz signal
