thermal calculation XC7Z045

Hello, please tell me which or where to look at the characteristics of XC7z045-2FFG900I for thermal calculation? such parameters as: power dissipation, maximum temperature on the case, thermal resistance are needed. Thanks!

Power dissipation, is totally dependent upon your application,
to this end, Xilinx provide power estimator tools for you
