undershoot limits are a very strict Artix-7

The undershoot limits are a very strict -400mV. The dynamic undershoot doesn't provide close to the relief needed with this -400mV static limit. Is there any relief potential for this -400mV. Spartan-6 has an undershoot limit of -500mV

Hi @blw2308 

Well, ideally you should be designing your interface such that you do not get any undershoot, so this means selecting the proper drive strength for your drivers and termination at your inputs. 

If the overshoot or undershoot is short relative to the UI of the data then we can accomodate a larger magnitude as per the AC overshoot/undershoot spec in the DS.
