I use the PCIE IP core v1.5.I have generate the .bit file and then download the file to the FPGA. But when I open my PC,PC can not find the PCIE device.I do not know why?I use the example design.I just modificate the .ucf file.I change the GTP.
INST "ep/BU2/U0/pcie_ep0/pcie_blk/SIO/.pcie_gt_wrapper_i/GTD.GT_i" LOC = GTP_DUAL_X0Y2;
INST "ep/BU2/U0/pcie_ep0/pcie_blk/SIO/.pcie_gt_wrapper_i/GTD.GT_i" LOC = GTP_DUAL_X0Y4;
Is this the problem?
do I also need change others?

Do you have correctly assigned reference clock and pci express reset pins on your ucf?
Why don't you use the latest PCI Express Endpointv 1.9 rev4?
You should however specify more precisely the FPGA and board model...

yes I assigned the correct reference clock and pci express reset pins .I have seen these signals working.

Excuse me if I insist, but have you tried with the Endpoint version 1.9.3 coming with EDK 10.1.03 or did you tried yet with the patched Endpoint version 1.9.4?
If not, please see AR #31532 at http://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/31532.htm, you can download such patch from there.
I'm telling you this because we had the your same problem and this patch fixed it.

I am sorry!I do not think it is a good idea.I am not famaliar with the EDK, I shuold study it from the begin.It is a hard work for me .I do nor have enough time. I have a question.did you download the example design?how to set the IP core?I use the default settings in generating the core.I change nothing!should I change something!could you give me some advice?

I'm sorry for my mistake... It has been a lapsus (I was working in EDK). The 1.9.4 Endpoint patch I was referring to is that of Core Generator, not EDK. You can safely apply that patch whitout knowing anything about EDK! In fact you only have to unzip a zip archive in the correct dir, then regenerate the core in Core Generator.
In answer to your questions, yes, I downloaded to my board the example design, and the default IP core settings are correct to work with the example design, you should change nothing.

Yes, of course. I was having your same issue (card not detected or PC stuck at boot) but, as I said, the last 1.9.4 Endpoint block patch fixed the issue.
