How to insert chipscope on the physical layer interface of Virtex-6 PCIe core

when I use chipscope inserter, I can't find the signals specified in the xapp1002, such as phy_td, phy_tctrl_h, ....

Hi,

They are called differently now.

If you want to look at the physical interface signals for Virtex-6, you can probe the PIPE per lane interface ports as specified in Table G-5 from v6_pcie_ug517.pdf.

There are some additional status signals from the physical layer which you can also view. They are documented in Table G-4 from the same user guide.
