Hi guys, I’m a beginner with the PCI Express and I have a simple question.
Does the DMA/Bridge Subsystem for PCI Express supports non-posted transactions or only the 7 Series Integrated Block for PCI Express does?
Please help me, this issue makes me confused.
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
The DMA/Bridge Subsystem for PCI Express product guide mentions non-posted request here under Target Bridge: https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/ip_documentation/xdma/v4_1/pg195-pcie-dma.pdf#page=14
It also talks about TLP in general and more in depth here: https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/ip_documentation/xdma/v4_1/pg195-pcie-dma.pdf#page=108
I hope that helps!

hi @iskander555
the DMA/Bridge Subsystem IP includes Integrated Block IP. i.e., Integrated Block IP is part of DMA/Bridge Subsystem IP.
Both IP can support non-post transactions or requests.
Thanks,
Boris
