Hello to all,
I'll tell you what the issue:
We made a first prototype using a ZCU106 board with the IP PCIe Bridge.
Having to debug one of our IPs with the use of the ILA,
it happens that the system crashes as soon as we try to connect through the JTAG.
On the ZCU106 we run Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with linux kernel 4.14.0-xilinx-v2018.2 (compiled with petalinux 2018.2).
It would seem that the presence of the operating system prevents the use of the JTAG.
Any suggestion about how to resolve this problem ?

Here's an update:
Regarding the problem we have wanted to specify that the JTAG works correctly.
We can open the target hardware without problems and see the ILA through the Vivado interface.
The point is that as soon as we connect to the target, the operating system that runs on the ZCU106 crashes and this prevents us from generating the traffic needed to debug our IP.
It seems that the JTAG takes control of the system whether it is connected before the board is switched on or is subsequently connected (after booting).
Any suggestion ?
