PCIe link is down after remove rescan (echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan

This issue is specific to FC30. I'm not facing this link down failure in FC25. Has someone come across this issue?

Following is the place where it failed

>power cycle the host(skylake)

>device and link is fine

>remove - device is removed

>rescan --> pcie link down

No we haven't seen this issue. Is this happening only when you connect to a Xilinx IP or you see the same issue with other PCIe IPs too? Also, it might be good to check if there are any BIOS updates.
