Hi, I'm starting to work with PCIe and Kintex, and I have one simple question:
It is possible to work with PCIe using FPGA as a slave of the Bus PCIe?
Thanks a lot
Happy New Year to everybody

PCIe has a root complex and endpoints. If by "slave" you mean a PCIe endpoint, then yes you can do that with pretty much any Kintex device. Just make sure the device has the MGT's bonded out to the package and enough transceivers to do the required number of lanes.

Or If you mean "SLAVE" to be the receiver of any request
then by default the core is an slave
You will need to enable bus master if you need it to be a master, that is to send a request

I would suggest you to take a look at the PCIe specification 2.0 .
The Kintex gen2 core is compiant with PCie specification.
The 7 series core is capable of both end point and also Root port dependin on how its configured.
The terminology of "SLAVE" does not reflect any configuration of the core in terms. You may give some more details that you are expecting so that it could be correctly understood to guide you.
