What is the preferred method to configure the QSPI configuration flash over PCIe in a Tandem design?
I currently use mcap to reconfigure the tandem2/clear bitfiles.
I tried the STARTUPE3 method as described in XAPP1280, however, the Tandem PCIe core is already using that resource (STARTUPE3). I also considered an XVC server, however, it is not clear to me if this has the ability to write to external flash.
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
