Ubuntu cannot detect PCIe after reboot

I am using Xilinx PCIe DMA IP on the VC705 Evaluation board, and the official PCIe driver on Ubuntu18.04. All the PCIe DMA related operations ran well. However, after I reboot the Ubuntu, it cannot detect the PCIe device. I tried "lspci" and it showed nothing. I also tried to power off the Ubuntu, and power on it again, then everything is OK. As I need to reboot the Ubuntu remotely, how can I fix this problem?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about your problem. I would go throught this AR: https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/34777.html . It discusses different possible solutions as to why the device might not be recognized by the system. In each possible solution there are more ARs that further explain how to do it.

I hope this helps!

Ebrahim

Did you reload the kernel driver after the reboot?
