I am trying to get the XDMA working on a Windows 10 host.
I encountered a problem while installing the driver. The message below is seen.
Is there a Windows 10 version of the driver?

Maybe its bit very late response.
We do not support Windows 10 OS with our PCIe solutions officially.
If you are getting installation errors (some customers have found other issues) it would be better to move back to Windows 7 OS.

I see the drivers only work on Windows with TESTSIGNING enabled. Is it to be expected that Xilinx provides these drivers with Windows Cerification?

As mentioned in the readme file quoted below, the driver uses a test signature instead.
_**Note**: The driver does not provide a certified signature and uses a test signature instead. Please be aware that, depending on your target operating system, you may need to enable test-signed drivers in your windows boot configuration in order to enable installation of this driver. See [MSDN website][ref5] for further information._
