I am to communicate virtex7 board to texas board.Is it possible to communicate through pci express.any connector is required to make communication through pci

As per PCI express standard we need to use standard connector & pinout.
PCI Express connector pinout is available in ×1, ×4, ×8 and ×16 variants.

Does the texas board contains any PCIe slot ?
Usually users have PCIe cards like VC707,VC709 build with PCIe connector to insert it into slot of any mother board.
If your Texas board contains similar slot , then you can use any Evalucation board lile VC707/VC709 to use PCIe based design.
