I am in trouble
I am trying to instal a picoBlaze - following the instructions of :
" The spartan 3E tutorial 2 Introduction to using the
picoBlaze Microcontroler "
I can not make my Plan Ahead screen like Jasmine did.
Her screen have not the data in the yellow circle like mine
( see attachements )
As I can not erase those data, I ask you : may I go to the
C : User /Xilinx --
Plan Ahead File and edit the generated . ucf file?
deleting those " drive strength " unnecessary data ?

actually a drive strength and slew rate setting for inputs makes no sense.
It might be some flaw in the GUI.
Have you checked the resulting UCF file in a text editor?
If the unnecessary entrys appear there too you can easily eliminate them manually.
Have a nice synthesis

I edited the .ucf but when I run sinthesize, i got those
warnings I copied below.
Are those warning important ?
May I disrespec and go ahead ?
I need help- Benedito

These warning messages indicate to me that the ‘read_strobe’ and ‘write_strobe’ outputs of the KCPSM3 macro are not connected to anything in your design.
I would expect ‘write_strobe’ to be used in every design so please check how you have defined output ports in your design.
It is quite common for the ‘read_strobe’ to not be required and therefore left unconnected. So a warning related to ‘read_strobe’ would often be acceptable.

This program is a very simple one, and gave the
the results we wanted.
Thanks your information about read_strobe.
I am learning and enjoying picoBlaze very much.
