How can I power-down the PL of XC7Z045?

Hi guys,

I only use ARM of XC7Z045. When I want to measure the power of the chip, how can I power-down the PL?

I have read the DS191, but I didn't find the specific operations. Can u help me?

Thanks,

Lew

is the 1.0V power supply shared between ps & pl. If so, there is no way you can avoid the static power consumption of the pl. You can always chose not to program the pl which should have the lowest power consumption. Also you need to be able to turn-off the clock signals to pl both ps/pl interface clocks & io inputs.
If you can turn off pl power supplies that should minimize the contribution of pl to a very low number if not zero.
