How does Microblaze write data to 64-bit addresses?

I'm using a VCU128 board and move data from HBM to BRAM. The address map for HBM is 0x1_0000_0000 to 1_0FFF_FFFF. Microblaze has been set to 64-bit address mode

Now if I write to 0x1_0000_0000, the data will be written to 0x0_0000_0000, and the address of 0x1_0000_0000 will not be seen in the SDK

Methods that have been tried so far:

1. Change to XIL_OUT64 in SDK, it is useless

2. DMA has also checked and confirmed that it is 64bit

3. The C_Addr_Size of Microblaze also meets the requirements
