IP Center

CoreGen and EDK display IP core library components.  Can someone tell me how to decipher the lock, open-lock, $ sign etc. to find out if the core is free or to be purchased and if it comes with source RTL or encrypted or good for bit generation, sim only, eval only etc.- the whole explanation. It is a bit confusing and sometimes it does not work as shown.

You can find the license files at the insatllation directory on your computer <install_dir>:\Xilinx\11.1\EDK\data\core_licenses. The IPs for which licenses are provided are paid one. Some of them are having encrypted RTL.
