We use a Micrel PHY 9031 on our custom board for bringing up the ethernet. Since we route this through the EMIO and our PHY type is RGMII, We use a GMII->RGMII Logicore in our PL to do this conversion.
We use a linux version corresponding to xilinx 14.1 base trd-3. We see TXC and TxData to the phy. But while we ping the network normally or using a loopback mode, we only get the RXC back from the phy but not the RxData.
Could this be because of the PHY being not able to drive the data ?
Anybody face this before?
