Picoblaze

I seem to be having a problem downloading the latest version of PicoBlaze - KCPSM6_Release9_30Sept14.zip

 

I follow the link from the PicoBlaze IP area, and it takes me to the License Agreement page.  All the details are filled in, and the tick box checked, but after clicking on Agree, it just goes back to the same page with this at the top:

 

Please correct the errors and send your information again.

The file you have requested is not available.

 

There are no errors highlighted, so am not sure what the problem is.

 

So is it just me?
