SD Card + XilFATFS

Hello,

           Can anybody guide be how to use XilFATFS lib for communication with Micro sd card.

           I want to open the .txt file in SD Card and write some data. 

 

           I have added SPI core in EDK and respected pins are connected but I don't have any clue how to processed further with function in SDK. I'm all confused, read some other post which lead me to more confusion. So can i get help here please !!

Once you have configured the BSP as per the procedure mentioned above, you can refer to the following link for the APIs:

I would not find LLibXil FFS in my BSP lib. So how to get it

Right click on your BSP folder > Board Support Package Settings and enable the xilffs library as shown below

Hi,
Yup I know it should be added from the path told by you. But the thing is that I can't find it over there. Instead of that I have xilfatfs lib. Are they one and the same

Which version of the tool are you using? and Which device?

XILFATFS provides read/write access to files stored on a Xilinx
System ACE compact flash or IBM microdrive device.

I have Spartan 6 board and I'm using EDK 14.7 . So is it possible for me write or read from SD card.
