Hi,
I'm trying to create xilkernel-based BSP for using with Zynq-7020 but the only item I can see in the Board Support Package OS field is standalone. May the problem be in a license?
The licenses I have in the License Configuration Manager are ISE, Logic_edition, Vivado_WebPack,
xps_tdp (what's this?), XC7Z010, XC7Z020, XC7Z030. Do I need some additional license to be able to use Xilkernel?

NO, its not an issue of license..
Xilkernel is no loger supported by zynq and it is been replaced by free rtos which is more or less similar to xilkernel....
