We haven't succeeded to load the design through the tcl console. So we tried to build the design like the one in the bd_fft.bmp picture attached.
Also we have used the MATLAB code example attached for generating a stim buffer (stim.h file for the SDK) and it also shows how the signal should be presented in the frequency domain:
