XCZU3EG SYSMON Values Not Correct

Hello,

We are working to boot up a custom board designed around the XCZU3EG processor and we are seeing some strange behavior from the PL and PS SYSMON voltage measurments. For example:

Same 1.8V supply powers six supplies but they read different voltages:

Another example would be VCCBRAM is being supplied 0.85V according to regulator and DVM measurement but shows

Also VCCO_PSIO1 is being powered with 3.3V but showing

VCCO_PSIO1 (SUPPLY7)FFA50A004C6C1.791138

 

Another 0.85V supply powers these two:

VCC_PSINTFP (SUPPLY2)FFA5080848AC0.851624
VCC_PSINTFP_DDR (SUPPLY4)FFA5083400

 

Our power management scheme is identical to the Avnet Ultrazed SOM and it appears to be measuring "more correctly" than ours but still has a few of these anomolies.

Suggestions on something we may be doing wrong in the setup/configuration? We have been unable to get the Zynq to boot and started with the power analysis first.
